The Stanley premises was created from part of the disused Co-operative buildings in 1985 with the trading name established in 1992. We recognise that experienced landlords may require nothing more than to employ our services to find and reference a tenant. Others may prefer to use our management package which includes the periodic inspection of properties and supporting documentation. Our management package provides support in respect of court procedures with regard to serving legal notices and the preparation of papers for court attendances in respect of enforcement against breaches of contract
