We currently handle an extensive portfolio of well over one hundred properties which enables us to provide a wide range of choice for potential tenants and ensures that we are the focal point of a constant stream of enquiries. We offer a very ‘hands on’ approach with all of our services being carried out under one roof. Your file will not be centralised and you will always know what is happening.
For an agreed annual fixed fee you will receive:
To Let Board
Photograph and write up
Regular advertising in local press
Prospective tenants accompanied to properties
Strict referencing procedures
Security deposit held
Repairs organised and charged at cost
Gas safety checks orgainsed and monitored
Property inspections if required
And if necessary, we also assist with:
Obtaining and enforcing judgements to secure payment of rent arrears
Undertake court action for repossession
Deal with termination and eviction
The fee is applied annually and covers full management. There are no additional charges for any number of tenant finds and there are no additional commission charges.
